Tailor Made

Bespoke design can ensure that your system is tailor made to your specific requirements. The user friendly software will allow you to centrally change access rights for staff, visitors and contractors alike, allowing and restricting admission to areas of your choosing.

Entry can be granted by area, such as finance or sales departments, by door, such as reception or server rooms and by time zones, for example standard office hours, out of hours, or restricted periods within the day, for each individual card or fob issued.

Reporting

The system will quickly and efficiently create a customised report that can be used for Health & Safety, Roll Call and Mustering, HR or Asset / Data Management to name a few.

Health & Safety

Restricting access to hazardous surroundings can significantly help to reduce the risk to your staff and business.

By denying access to potentially unsafe areas that have working machinery, fork lifts or chemical substances to trained staff only, helps to ensure any risk to staff, visitors and contractors alike is substantially reduced.

Roll Call and Mustering Points

In the event of a Fire, it is a priority to ensure your premises have been fully evacuated.

Strategically located external Muster Points will allow your staff and visitors to assemble at their designated fire point, and present their fob or card to the reader.

Once completed their status in the roll call report changes from 'missing' to 'safe', confirming to the Fire Marshall the building has been fully evacuated.

HR

Enabling your HR Department to improve data accuracy by easily tracking worked hours, against attended hours will allow you to recognise if your staffing levels are correct.

Also acting as a time and attendance system, our software will allow your payroll department to streamline their administration, by quickly identifying each employee’s total payable hours within moments.
